So today is the second day that I am logging everything I eat. Have had a day on plan 100% but feel like I have eaten so so much ... feel guilty when I eat something to be honest but my consultant has suggested that I need to eat more! Finding it so hard to get my head around that!
Feeling very very tired today for some reason but set about doing housework first thing and then went on the step glider
I have to admit doing the biggest NO NO today ... I weighed myself this morning! Yes I know you are not meant to weigh on your own scales but I know what I weigh just before slimming world so know the differences in the scales ... anyways I was soooooo annoyed to see that I was 1lb up from where I was on Monday! How can that be? Am hoping it is just a blip or something.

MOOD ... feeling very low and tired
EXERCISE ... 1 hour on the cross trainer (12,000 steps of Garmin Vivofit)
WATER ... 2+ litres
STEPS ... 12000
