So I am back on the slimming world plan (have been since 12/01/2015) and have lost 1 stone 2.5lbs (16.5lbs) to date!
This is my second time round .. last time it took me two years but I proudly lost 7.5 stone! Unfortunately I gained back 3 stone of this :( while caring for my father who was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease - sadly he passed away last year).
Anyways I decided to get back on it and get that 3 stone shifted and hopefully a bit more to make me a healthy weight ... thats what we all want isn't it? My sister is also doing the plan so I have great support!
So far I have been disappointed at the results I have been getting (averaging 1lb per week) so thought if I started this blog it would be a way of helping me remember meals, plans and how I was doing and hopefully look back and feel proud.
Today is my first day doing this and the plan is to log in every day to log every single thing that I eat, water consumption and exercise!
So here goes ... wish me luck!

EXCERCISE:- 1.5 hours on the cross trainer (16,000 steps on Garmin Vivofit pedometer)
WATER:- 2+ Litres
